We struggle daily with the conventional roster sharing process with the transport team and various communication with transportation team to arrange transport for employees, but AFM automated this process and make it more convenient for all. The SOS help desk auto calling feature buzz us automatically in case any employee is in emergency.

AFM helps me a lot get the real time update on my cab ETA and the movement with timely alerts and notifications. I need not to endlessly wait at the stop for my cab as in app I can track my cab movement and ETA. The daily office commute is well sorted now with AFM. I can directly call to the drivers without sharing my numbers too. My life is easy now as when I am getting ready for the office I get notified about the cab arriving shortly so that I can be at the stop without any delay.

During one on one session with employees we have received lots of positive feedback from our BTO employees for AFM app. We would like to extend our appreciation for the amazing work done for BTO employees during this Pandemic situation. Our female employees also mentioned that they feel safe while traveling and AFM App is really helpful.

Month hassle of timesheet records, reports and expense bills approval came to an end with IMPRINT solution implemented in our organization. Now we have employee’s timesheet on record on daily basis with manager’s approval, expense claims are simplified with upper cap with supporting bills and approvals. Associates exceeding the limit are published. Regular reporting and data collection are done from the field with the help of dynamic form feature attaching documents and images.
